STOP BUYING FROM EBAY. STOP USING PAYPAL. STOP PAYING BIG FEES.
Paypal/Ebay is the biggest rip off company on the web. They screw people left and right and doing fraud with their internal system.
To better understand the story, here is the scenario:
Seller: Sold over 25 blackberry 9900 phones for $699 and received positive feedback on all.
Buyer X: Buys blackberry 9900 and claimed that phone is broken and returns the phone. But instead of returning the ORIGINAL BLACKBERRY 9900 phone he returns beat up old blackberry phone in non-blackberry box.
In addition to that, buyer buy Apple Laptop worth $1500 and does the same thing by returning broken laptop and files dispute with paypal.
Seller: Contact ebay/paypal and filed the case.
Paypal/ebay: Paypal ask for proofs, police report, invoices, etc.
Seller: Provides police report with police department, give invoices and all Video proof what was returned to ebay and also send buyers feedback screenshot that he has done with other sellers.
Paypal/ebay: Close the dispute in BUYERS X favor.
CLOSE BUYER account.
Keep the money to itself. (Yes, paypal keep the money). Seller does NOT get anything.
